The British Property Awards mystery shops every estate agent against a set of twenty-five criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels.The judging criteria are comprehensive and detailed, and explore different mediums, scenarios, and time periods, ensuring estate agents are rigorously but fairly assessed.
