On Friday 22 October, The Guild of Property Professionals walked away with not one, but two coveted awards at The ESTAS. These being The Best Agency Network and the Supplier Awards – Best in Sector. The first award was voted for by the Members’ customers, and the second by the agents themselves. Autumn is always a busy time of the year for the property market and this year is proving to be no exception. While annual house price growth slowed from 11.0% in August to 10.0% In September, the average UK price still hit a record £267,587, up 1.7% on the August figure of almost £263,000.
