"La Ferme du Bon Dieu" - a beautifully restored 18th Century Provencal farmhouse, set within its own private gardens filled with ancient olive trees, lavender, wisteria and hydrangea. In short; it is the most romantic of Provencal properties. Nestled in 2.75 hectares of land with 8,500 sq m of landscaped gardens featuring a vineyard, olive trees, fountains, courtyards and terraces, outdoor heated pool, and full size tennis court, this stunningly landscaped and beautifully appointed farmhouse boasts sunny terraces and courtyards decorated with roses and hydrangea, whilst the upper terrace with outdoor heated pool and pool house, provides amazing views over the Luberon, gardens and vineyard. The interior retains the original authenticity and charm of the old farmhouse at the same time incorporating up to date technology. Room layout has been designed to allow sunshine to flood into the whole house with furnishings of the highest specification including a grand piano, a library and a lovely views of the garden and Luberon from the reception room. Cinema lovers will enjoy the special Cinema Room with superb quality sound system. Three of the bedrooms are accessed off the courtyard providing spacious accommodation for sharing guests. A housekeeper lives on the grounds. Walk straight from the house through the property's own vineyard and directly into The Luberon. Can be rented as a whole house including the three courtyard suites for larger parties of up to eleven guests or ask us about rates for smaller parties, in mid and low season, for renting the main house only which sleeps up to 5 guests.

3km from Oppede where you will find small local shops and cafés. 10 km from Gordes. 12 km from Cavaillon, 12 km from L'Isle sur la Sorgue. 35 km (20 minutes drive) from Avignon. 90 km from the Marseilles-Provence International airport.

The prices above are based on a MINIMUM stay of seven days, and up to 11 guests.
As there are three bedrooms in the main house, and three set around the courtyard, in the mid and low season we can offer a special price for the main house only; namely the 3 bedrooms for a maximum of five guests.
In addition as the cinema, kitchen, laundry, salon, are all in the main house, there is no compromise on the amenities for a couple or smaller party of guests.
Relevant letting fees and tenant protection information
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Before the tenancy starts payable to Property Divas Limited ("The Agent")
Holding Deposit: 1 week's rent (with your written consent) forms part of;
Deposit:
5 weeks for tenancies where the annual rent is below £50,000 per annum,
6 weeks for tenancies where the annual rent exceeds £50,000 per annum
During the tenancy payable to Property Divas Limited ("The Agent")
Payment of £50 inc vat to change the tenancy agreement, for example adding a new person to the Tenancy agreement when requested by the tenant, or reasonable costs incurred if higher.
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent. A default fee can be charged for late payment of rent where the rent payment has been outstanding for 14 days or more (from the date set out in the tenancy agreement) The fee charged will be 3% above the Bank of England's base rate for each day that the payment is outstanding.
Payment of reasonable costs incurred for the loss of keys/security devices. A default fee can be charged for a lost key or equivalent security device. The landlord or agent will provide evidence in writing that the costs they have incurred are reasonable.
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
The Tenant Fees Act 2019 does not affect the landlord's entitlement to recover damages for breach of the tenancy agreement by way of a deduction from the tenancy deposit or court action.
